I think you should give it a look. I know your attached to the town, but even the best icebergs don't live long after being struck by the Titanic. Rather than look up the hill perhaps look to Pontoon, it's still Granite, (kinda) but its a little more on the up and up.
Granite as a place to live is dying. Good place to work, not a good place to live. Thats OK, it's not a bad thing to want to live around people more your ilk. Perhaps you should look into Florida come to thing about it, you like to Golf, and your want your vote to count...
