Kegler, thank you so much as well for all of the work you do to honor our nation's veterans. May all of our veterans be recognized not only today but everyday for the service they provide and to their families who stand and wait under sometimes unbearable pressure.
When you have a family member in a war zone in a foreign land or unfortunately now even within our borders thanks to homegrown terrorist, every time the phone rings there is that slight moment of hesitation that makes you think the worst. The families deserve our love and respect as well.
Politics set aside, every American should appreciate the sacrifice made by our armed forces members. May God bless and protect the American heroes and may they all return from their duty post to live long, happy prosperous lives.
