WOW!!!!!! The community response to placing Flags on Veteran's Graves has overwhelmed me. I have been doing this for close to 20 years in Granite City and today we had the largest group of people ever. The scouts came out in large groups. How awesome it was to see all these young people come out for the Veterans. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CAME OUT TODAY. In all my years serving in Veteran's organizations in this town, today I was the most proud of the community. Thank you all again.
