On Nov 9th - 9am - The community is invited to meet at St. John's Cemetery on Nameoki to place Flags on our Veteran's gravesites. This is a community event, not just a Veteran's event. Please come out and help. To me, it's an honor and I'm sure it would be for you also to honor our local heroes. On Nov 11th at 11am, the annual Veteran's Day Ceremony will be held at the park across from the hospital, McDonalds & Quik Trip. All Veterans in the local area, whether a member of a Veteran's organization or not, we will have a meeting on Oct 9th at the American Legion Post #113 at 18725 State Street. This meeting is to discuss and come up with an idea for this year's ceremony. Meeting begins at 7pm.
