Well I would agree with you Machine, but, after getting aggravated from talking with this RR employee I made a statement saying something along the line of if the Granite City Mayor is aware of this, and a part of this, he needs to be ran out of town on a rail!
He laughed and said, and I quote "well you know how that went down, right? We give you a million and you leave us alone and allow us to make our Billion" After hearing that, I highly doubt that the city will try to impose a damned thing.
