I thought I heard that in order to increase gas sales in this state, Illinois is going to knock 20 cents off the gas tax to keep us from going to MO to buy our gas. With that reasoning, why don't they knock off 40 cents and get Missourians to come over here to buy gas?
Here, here, when you keep taxes high, you don't raise revenue, you decrease it, it drags down the economy, my feelings are much like this quote:
