She wasn't watching where she was going and she fell into the fountain. She got up just fine. And SHE was the one that identified herself. Before that, unless they knew the story, I doubt anybody recognized her.
But it's the "mall's fault" for not coming to her aid and for humiliating her. Give me a break. It may not have been "nice" to post it, but it didn't show her clearly, so I don't see the harm. Now if you could clearly identify the person, okay, then maybe I could understand, but you can't, so it doesn't matter.
And as for no one coming to her aid, at first she claimed that she was glad no one saw it, then later after she starts complaining, she is upset no one came to her aid. Well, lady, you can't have it both ways. She was embarrassed, I get that, but it was caused by her actions, and made worse by her own actions. There is nobody to blame but herself. Anybody could have caught that on their phone and posted it.
The more we keep "rewarding" people for being stupid, the more idiotic lawsuits there are going to be.
