I'm sorry you cannot see beyond the prevailing argument.
Someone from the mall put that video on YouTube for the purpose of humiliating her.
It does make a difference as to how that video got posted to YouTube.
If it was a mall employee, then the mall is responsible.
I do not think it's anyone's responsibility but her own for walking into the fountain.
I think it's the response from the mall that's in question. They chose to humiliate her by posting this incident to YouTube. Was there a need to do so? If there's not a good reason, then the mall is purposefully humiliating her.
