You're all going a little too far with this now.
But once again, instead of looking at all sides of the issue, we have to go this route again.
Oh well, I admit the tone is still civil.
I am presented with a story where someone stumbled into a fountain. Is that the malls fault? No. She should watch where she is going.
Is there merit to the other part of the story? Possibly. It should be checked out.
If it was found out that someone posted a video that's property of the mall to You Tube, then a good question should be -- Why?
The information as to why she may be getting a lawyer is new information to me. I just watched the video that was linked. I didn't know about all the other felony action. Yes, it does raise a question as to why she REALLY is raising a suit.
No one is calling anyone names here.
I see no problem with seeing the other side of the argument.
