You may not be as "screwed" as you think. I am an attorney and without knowing a lot about your case can't give you any specific advice, but an employer cannot fire someone for being pregnant, regardless of the number of employees. If that was true, you could also fire someone for their race if you had a small enough office- and you can't do that either.
