You are right....you do have to work for a company that has more than 50 employees to qualify for FMLA. I have been looking things up all morning. My hands are tied. Basically any company that has less than 15 employees can do whatever they want. I'm just praying that I get some sort of unemployment or my family is really going to struggle. I'm having my baby in less than 4 months and this is not the tiime i should have to worry and stress about money.
