I am an AA student at South right now and have been doing rotations for the past 4 months. From my experiences I havnt had many problems with CRNAs. I've had only 1 experience worth documenting as a real problem...and it was. Other than that, most of the CRNAs are ok. This is my expereience in Savannah. Outside here, I havn't been around any CRNAs so I'm not sure. Every hospital is different. This dispute shouldn't change applicant's minds. If you are pre-med and want to do anesthesiology, go AA. If you are pre nursing, go CRNA. The AA profession has been around for about 40 years now, and there has always been issues between the two. Whatever, everyone can't be happy...but they can all put people to sleep
