I would just like to say that AA may be here to stay. However, as an uncle of mine says know your role. Your role is to provide anesthesia in a team eviroment only. Not to be independent providers of thought. If that were the case CRNA or MDA would be required based on the MDA belief. Further Beleive what you want but salary is important to all providers. If you act like true PA or NP then you are duped by all. You are more valuable like us. The reason we don't like you all is purely because your profession has gained ground due to MDA and their money ideas. Think for just a second. If you look at the state of Missouri as a cue they make double our salary for what? What do they do differently than either CRNA or AAAA. nothing but they take our money either profession and pad their pockets. Someone said grow up that is right. Understand that while CRNA understand we should make somewhat and I say SOMEWHAT comparable salaries so should AAAA if they fill the same roll as CRNA. So please stop ACTING AS THOUGH AAAA is somehow philinthropic. You are not you have failed due to maybe CRNA ore MDA to get a better footing. I wish that all would either be CRNA or MDA but I like some other collegues understand why AAAA exist. I also want you to understand that you role has only been promoted by MDA not government not citizens. SO your call that CRNA are money hungery is not as founded as much as the MDA are scared of ANY PROVIDER THEY CANNOT CONTROL
