But you are lost. You keep talking about $. Money. Money. motha freakin money! This career is not just a step-up from a biology degree. And you re-took Physics and got a D? There is a fail rate at EVERY AA program. If you hear something the 2nd time around and you cant get at least the same grade-if not better, that is a HUGE RED FLAG! So then you say..I guess I just wont send it in. Assuming they even offered you admissions and you didn't send in a final transcript (which BTW they WILL ask you to do) You're then in even more debt-with your "useless biology degree."
You just complain a lot. Instead of saying pitty on me-get off the AA message board and DO something. AA school is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY harder than ANY, and I mean ANY science class I ever took before I got here. (and I took biochem with the 1st year med students at my University of study).
I don't mean to sound harsh-but from what you have ranted about on here-you are the epitome of what AA schools do not want. Someone who:
1. Has no life experience (living at home with mommy and daddy)
2. Actually finds a way to digress from where you were academically (physics) FOR THE 3RD TIME!!!
3. Is not fully invested into this profession. (I should woulda coulda been an accountant, Hollywood actor, RT, etc...etc...etc...
4. Need I go on more???
Dunce-I have never said this to anyone because I hated it when I was told I was not good enough. But, you REALLY need to evaluate yourself. Right now, you do not have what it takes academically to succeed. If this is what you want-what you truly want- you must change the way you conduct yourself. Remember that people are putting their life into your hands-they trust in your ability to keep them safe. They trust that you did everything you could to prepare yourself for this profession-and they trusted that you did everything possible to learn the skills and knowledge base to give a good anesthetic.
You are not there yet. Could you be? Who knows. You can either give up or you can let this be a light under your ass and make you work harder. But as of now-no you do not have what it takes, and I would be VERY concerned for my profession if they allowed people like you have claimed to be into a program that I consider sacred.
