If money was an issue, then you should have looked into the prospects before you pursued your biology degree. Also, there's no "default" college degree for an AA program. You just need to stand out as an individual. However, getting a 40% quant on GREs and a D in physics retake is not impressive. It shows a lack of dedication/effort on your part. What have you done to stand out as a competitive applicant? Have you done research, shadowing/volunteering, or looked for a health care related job? Honestly, whining about your biology degree or minimum wage job isn't going to help your cause.
