I used to live on 20m^2! Lived in that flat for five years! But I didn’t have a balcony. Is that included in the 20m^2 ?!😬
It was okay for me. My bathroom was pretty spacious and I had a tiny kitchen.m with a half-sized stove. Had to cut my pizzas in two to heat them! 😅 I hated that my bedroom was the living room though.
