The barrels are 12 gauge, 30 inches and marked Armor Steel. They weigh a fraction over 4 pounds. My scales are not precise, but the barrels clearly weigh some ounces less than 4 pounds 4 ounces. The barrels are also marked "C" and "W&R." If I read your research correctly, you would suggest that Crucible Steel may have served as middleman for the "rough forged tubes" and W&R may have been the importer. Thanks Drew. Stanley
