I was in a gun shop today and found a bunch of old paper shells that I figured would be fun to use quail hunting and for doves. Western,Expert 3 dr equiv,1 oz no 6's 2 3/4" Remingtons Shur Shot 3 1/4 dr equiv 1 1/8 no 8, 2 5/8" I have never seen a 2 5/8 as a length? There old but still smell right. I expect the patterns to be not the same as a plastic,with plastic wads,but thats what I want a good excuse. I think the Smith will like a diet from the past,might be better than home cooked. Bill
