Re: What changes would you like to see?
I hear the more track time argument but how many riders besides those who ride during the week and train can really handle more than 5 four lappers during the day at race pace? (4 laps practice and 2 classes) I know if I run open A as a 3rd class the extra 2 laps are tough plus the extra riding for the day takes it's toll. I know miles mountain (for the wnyma anyways) does $25-$20-$10 for class prices, so I can run 3 there for less than the cost of 2 at others. Maybe tracks could even do buy 2 get one free more often to draw in more of the riders who want more seat time for the price. There's only a handful that regularly run 3 classes anyways so I'd think they'd gain more riders plus have more riders per gate (which in turn would also help draw in even more riders, spectators, food sales, ect). Also it really would add any cost to the facility either.
