I would vote no for the second waiver draft, with a caveat. I would prefer to see a waiver draft prior to the season - like real baseball where players get cut and picked up by other teams. I know some teams offer up their players, but it's first come, first serve, and teams are missing out. I believe this would allow for more stat filling. And then continue with the mid-season for even more stat filling or getting a guy that is contributing in the real season.
