Hi John 1.Erase any codes in the engine ecu. 2.Erase any codes in the additive ecu. 3.Check operation of tank cap present. 4.Check KOEO mb reading in engine ecu is zero. 5.reset additive injected to particle filter to zero(new filter). 6.reset additive counters to zero. 7.Discconect the scan tool from the dlc and switch ignition off...open the fuel cap and add 10 litres of fuel(you can sometimes get away with just opening cap)...wait 10 seconds.close cap. 8.switch ignition/start car and idle for 1 minute. 9.Switch ignition off AND WAIT 4 MINUTES..the add ecu and engine ecu will take new readings during this 4 minutes. 10.re connect scan tool and check for any errors ,you may have intermittant errors just erase. 11.Carry out a minimum 5 mile roadtest HTH Simon.
