Hi John, Yes John got the t shirt with these now i think. Firstly what scan tool are you using? Go into diesel additive ecu and check for the tank cap being present,also check that you don't have intermittant errors for tank cap absent..if so replace sensor at top of filler kneck.very common for light to come on erratically. With KOEO check in the filter parameters that the mbar readings are ZERO...if not this points to the pressure sensor failing..you have replaced it...you may have noticed the pipe angleS were different than the original as they have been modified...you can get the pipes mixed up very easily..if the wrong way round light comes on after a few days..usually gives a pipe restriction/flow DTC. So what error codes do you know have? i have at work our procedure for re setting the additive ecu counters and resetting the particle filter counters...you have to do it in a certain way or they ping the light on when they feel like it!I could post from memory but might send you up the wrong path...will post it for you tomoz.
