You say the actual boost and MAF values in live data are both at 50% of desired. I think that should log a fault code. If boost is low that will give you a low MAF signal too. Did you check what the boost command from the ECU is doing under load? If the ECU is not commanding the boost then it may not see the low boost as a fault, hence no DTC. In this case you may need to look at the ECU or its inputs. Has it been chipped by any chance. Will your AD show the software updates that have been done? An update could be a good idea. You didn’t mention compression or valve timing?
