Sorry for being melodramatic! just under pressure from all sides on this one as usual. The car will only rev to 3900 staitionary or up the road. I put the mityvac on the actuator which had no effect on engine power. Checked the AFM and it as the 0928-400-468 fitted we replaced with the 0928-400-527 which I guess is the aftermarket alternative? So if I understand it this should be a straight swap without any nasty dealer visit? The AFM reading at idle is above desired value but from 1500RPM it tapers off to about 50% down at full load full throttle 3900RPM. The car is a manual and doesnt smoke excessivley even under full load, The fault occured when pulling out to overtake about a month ago the customer brought it straight to us and its sat here since. The fault light is not illuminated. Ive had the manifold off several times now and not found any significant carbon build up, Ive disabled the flap operation and egr to no avail.I will try tomeasure actual boost pressure anyone know where this can be done.Do you think if the high pressure was low that this would allow the car to rev to 3900? Thanks for everyones input
