Having re-read the posts I have learnt a lot (thanks everyone), but come back to the original question, is the low rail pressure due to the inability of the pump to create pressure, or the pressure leaking off? The next step, Mark, is to remove and examine the DRV as suggested, and hopefully the answer will be apparent. I will let you know, Peter
