Sticking to my theory for a bit, that the actuator arm is in the wrong place at idle. looking at the animated capture again, I would expect to see the blue trace "flat lining" at battery voltage at idle & then start to pulse with a varying duty cycle as it controls the actuator as the RPM increases. Until I find a definitive answer about the correct position of the actuator at idle, I am going to struggle to move forward with this one. I think I might try driving it whilst controlling it manually & see that it is capable of delivering boost on the road. Incidentally, this is the first time that I have observed duty cycle in operation on a scope. It seems to mean a little more than a percentage value in serial data.
Cheers all Dave (Hill)
