Got this Transit confusing me ATM.
Can anyone tell me when the vapouriser pump and glow plug work.
No codes and I can cause codes by disconnecting these parts.
I do not have the ability to command pump on with G-Scan (wonder if IDS can command this and therefore purge air).
Monitored these parts while doing a static regen and nothing worked.
Just wondering if the PCM only commands vapouriser on a normal regen up the road (keeping temps down while stationary??).
Got an in pipe temp of 350c and a outlet temp of 460c (checking with surface thermometer) so something is burning in there.
I've fitted a new vapouriser (old one was blocked with carbon) and I've repaired one broken wire on rear temp sensor.
Hope to hear someone's thoughts.
