First problem was codes for low fuel flow, found filthy fuel filter date stamp of 2013.
Serviced van (lots of work needed).
Because of the neglect DPF had not been regenerating so I then get codes P244C and P2463.
Found problem with vaporiser (blocked solid) so thought that was the cause of code for low regen temperature plus I found a broken wire on temperature sensor plug (might have been me that damaged that with my arms up at the vapouriser).
Because I don't want to replace the DPF until I'm sure I have cracked the problem I reset soot levels to zero.
Something else bugs me, when engine is cold I get temperature readings of 101c on both sensors, checked this on my 2016 transit and it's the same (beginning to think it's a G-scan problem) then I checked with EOBD and I get 63c on both.
Temperature sensors do read/increase while running (would be good to see these while a regen is going on).
And another odd thing, I can disconnect these and don't get open circuit codes.
Sorry for such a long ramble, I could go on some more. LOL
