Yes I have a good fuse in engine bay fusebox, F32 30amp
I have power at pump and I would expect the PCM to tap it to earth whenever it's powering the vaporiser glow plug.
I seem to think wiring to both units are okay because PCM is monitoring them (it logs codes if either is disconnected). Only other fuse I can see is F29 which could have some connection.
Just seems like it's not being commanded by PCM.
I think I need a tool that can activate the pump
