Only covered 14000 miles.

It is just a little reluctant to cold start, usually need 5 secs cranking. Idle is then a little rough, can stall occasionally. Once it is warm no problems.

We noticed the glow plugs are only powered very briefly, no post heat at all.

I have read some info about egr faults and software updates. Does anyone know if these sypmtoms match that problem.

Customer has asked local dealer if it is subject to recall, dealer says no.

Anyone know how to check software is up to date?
