Common amongst 2007-2010 2.7 engines. I won't change a belt unless I fit a modified oil pump.
2005/2006 don't seem affected.
New pump has a beefed up mounting point.

I personally wouldn't take the heads off without lifting the body, too much time wasted.

23hrs is L/R book time for heads,lifting the body inclusive.

Likely too much damage to repair, with a lack of internal parts available.
Don't quote a price, as you could soon add an extra £1000 or two without realising.
