Thats a thought!its always the things that you dont consider that seem obvious when someone mentions it.
Anyway decided to get a recon pump and clean the injectors AGAIN.Its up and running and now has a bracelet of magnets tie wrapped to the filter housing,hopefully any swarf will stay in the housing.Not had chance to fully test to confirm repairs as been really busy with general repairs etc.Fingers crossed.
