Last regen was 1300 miles with PDF 40% .fuel pressure when turning over is 300 bar and turning over at just over 300 revs. The volts at fuel pressure sensor when priming is.6 and when turning over is 1.7 scoped an injector and when firing the injectors are working then injector shuts down. Spoke to a friend who specialises in diesels and he said that if it gets to the stage of generating this code and too many incomplete regen it may shut down the ecu to save engine damage. This came in on Friday pm and I have been on and off when time allows so have decided to give the customer a courtesy car and book it to spend a little more time on it. I will of course keep you posted. Tony. You may be right about resetting the oil as well as the service. This may be found in the body control unit. The solus does not have this for the meriva . Does for corsa and Astra. Tried this but different key and no comms
