I'm guessing you mean engine code Z13DTJ and fault code P253F.
Vaux-com shows one of its updates includes oil life reset on this engine so it must be possible.
It wouldn't surprise me if this caused the vehicle not to start with some of the stupid ideas they have these days but could it be more like a DPF issue? Wrong oil used, failed regens and blocked DPF?
