Hi got this 58 plate passat in yesterday with customer complaining of glow plug light flashing.
Plugged in solus to find p2111 Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Open logged in system. cleared and less than a mile later it was on again.

Took pipe of bottom of intake and actuated system through solus and found the actuator butterfly only twitches in the open position.

I then took the plug off to find it full of engine oil.

I cleaned it out and cleared codes to find within a mile on test drive it was back on again.

My question is,, Where is the oil from,, is the loom tracking the oil up it or is it coming from the actuator side. Its a nice clean angine and the actuator is well away from the oil filler cap so i cant see it being from spillage.
