Hi again, quick update.

Car was in for full service today and try to find problem on throttle actuator.

Removed whole flap assembly to find it good and free. Took screws out of motor/mechanism on side of flap shaft on unit to find it full of oil.

Cleaned out oil and refitted, reset code and test drove. Light stayed out. all seems good now.

I believe oil has been forced in through flap shaft from intake pipe under pressure from turbo.
