Yes I agree, as a manufacturers code on some Bmw's. I belive they look at the system from a different direction.

I should have worded my reply differently and added the word "P" code and Renault.

I have never seen a P code for monitoring of the AMM as described, and the way it was worded as "That's why a lot of vehicles" I thought that I was missing something. Which is always possible as none of us know everything.
