Thought I'd resurrect this old thread rather than start a new one. We have a 51 plate Scenic (f9q732)and I'm getting P1814 - egr valve on my DEC and p0400 egr low input on the KTS.

New valve was fitted recently and cleaned the manifold where the valve sits. KTS gives me the option to reset egr parameters but the sequence always fails. In live data it shows egr position as 0V which is not surprising as the valve is only 2 wire and one would assume the feedback is via the AFM.

Have I got a problem with configuration? Is the ecu looking for a feedback voltage which doesn't exist? Can someone with CLIP tell me whether there is an option to enable / disable electronic feedback?

For what it's worth, the egr valve does work. The AFM signal drops by about 20% when the egr is operational. I did notice that the egr signal seems to be either 5% or 40% and pretty much nothing else. Is this usual?
