Also discovered the swirl flaps are not opening when the rpm is increased. They are operated by a small servo, so I presume in the same circuit as the electronic turbo actuator as both are not operational when rpm increased. Really could do with a circuit diagram for turbo actuator and inlet manifold servo - Really appreciate it if someone can help.
