Hi All,

This vehicle came in today with power problems and a whining noise from the engine. I have not had much of a chance to get on it today but I did find fault code 4530 which did not come back when erased and no MIL on at all. At idle it runs and starts fine. When RPM increased whining noise increased and from 2500 rpm upwards started missing and producing blue smoke. Customer states when driving the rpm does not increase with pedal movement - only gradually but does sometimes produce blue smoke as well. Maybe turbo or DPF problem? Anyone had this before on this engine?
