Yes a good initial post & wise replies.
It doesn't hurt occasionally though to blow your brains, trying to sort out something like this, even if dare I say it... you don't earn a penny 
It can be one hell of a training exercise & you can bet that it will have your full attention.
Of course the customer needs to be the right sort.
