Sadly I agree with Kevin Francks. I for one will again stick my head above the parapet and say that I would fit a part supplied by the customer as long as they are aware that they take responsibility for it if it goes faulty. OK, I am aware that there is no profit margin on the part but if the customer requires a service, then I am happy to provide it.

Paul asked for helpful advice and as a long term contributor to UKAT, he deserves better than what he got.
