Hi guys

Started looking at this this vehicle late last night did some quick test and took some scope patterns hoping to get some advise on how best to attack this one.

Customer has owned van for 2 month.
The vehicle came to me 3 weeks ago complaining of intermittent lack of power and also intermittent 'anger management light' as he called it

I had a look round engine bay its really tight in there.
The vehicle has obviously had work done before, pipes out of clips left right and center, jubilee instead of genuine clips. You know!

Scanner: modis No EML on at present
Pulled codes: P0304 cyl 4 misfire detected

The van appeared to be running ok on test drive although I thought I could feel a slight hesitation now and then. It was so random I put it down to my mind playing tricks on me.

Dug my way to injectors to check connectors and found number 4 injector held down (gearbox side I checked code after disconnecting injector)
is held down with 8mm allen key bolt the other 3 are correct bolts.

I cleaned the injector connectors as they were wet I dont know why? Maybe previous leak off test.

I gave it the customer back to try and told him I would probably see him sooner rather than later

The van is back and now it is low on power and I can feel it miss under load.

These are piezo injectors I have got a good idea of how they function and why but I have not had much to do with them and there circuits as far as testing goes, so any help is much appreciated
Also new to scopes so constructive criticism welcomed.

I can see obvious differences in the waveforms but am not sure what I am looking at I hope you guys can help me analyse it.
Injectors 1 and 2 patterns look very similar to cylinder 3.

I will leak back test injectors tomorrow.
