Snap On does these no problem, or at least it did when I last used it.
My old Heritage (basic red brick) hasn't been updated for over 4 years & it does the pre 2003 & 2003 onward TDCI code entry no probs.
Perhaps Snap-On have messed something up in the newer software releases?
Could it just be Pilot Error on Sean's part? (Sorry Sean I might be doing you a disservice )
It is wise (In my opinion) to enter the correction factor code, only for the offending cylinder & not all of them. As already mentioned, if you enter any "valid" code into all of the cylinders locations, then you will clear the DTC & warning light. You won't know if your method is correct or not, unless you do them singularly.
