Hi Sean,
The vehicle in question is a 2002, but what month was it made?
If it is before June then I think you will find that it is fitted with the remote endstage for the Injectors and the only tool to reprogram them is IDS.
Some tools will tell you that they have performed the operation but they have not.HTH
