Unfortunately you have encountered the kind of response that lots of newcomers to UKAT will experience. It is hard to stomach I am sure, when you are replied to like a petulant child, but you do have to understand that there is a level of professionalism that is expected here.
I think it is safe to say that some posts are "frowned upon" when they demonstrate that the request for help is from someone who is clearly out of their depth & potentially wasting their customers time & money. It reflects on us all after all!

Could you not clear down the fault memory & start from a clean slate?
Are you seeing a good cam/crank “sync” in live data?
Also, I don't think anyone who is serious about this job, would place any faith in Launch being able to copy & paste from one ECU to another.
Clutching at straws & asking for trouble, are two phrases that spring to mind.
Can you post some waveforms for opinion?
