Year of Manufacture *: 2007
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0 TDCI
Found turbo seized solid so ordered a recon one and fitted it,it has the electronic actuator on the wastegate. But guess what still no power! and code p132b which will clear till it runs, sent actuator back as it might have been faulty but we are assured it works fine so its back on.
What happens is when you start the car actuator pulls vertical like aparently it should and it runs fine, after 4 seconds the actuator swings all the way back and stays there which does not effect idle but puts the glow plug/ mil light on the vanes are free so i dont understand but we are up to 2k now and the car is barely any better than whe it arrived! injectors u/s so fixed ,turbo seized so renewed all clear faults. Any ideas appreciated these ford tdci engines are a real pain. I have read the archives but ours seems different to all I can find (arnt they all) .
We contacted the main dealer who was unusually helpfull and suggested disconnecting the clocks, which we did but still exactly the same, Whilst im on does anyone have a wireing diagram for this model? as I feel i need that to be able to check continuity etc.
Thanks guys.
