So has the rps been checked to see if it is telling the truth?
Mprop on this is fully open so rail pressure should climb very quick if there are no leaks and 700 bar seems low.
This hasn't got a relief valve in the rail has it as would expect rail pressure to be higher if injectors are switched off and cranking speed is good?
Diesel feed and return are correct and it is diesel in the vehicle?
What equipment have you got to check the system other than serial tool?
