What is the reason for sending away the ecu?
No pulse at the injectors is probably because it is not happy with the rps.
What voltage readings are you getting from the rps?
You say no switched earth to mprop, so you have 12v on both wires or one wire permanently to gnd?
Has rps reading been checked against independent gauge?
What fuse was replaced?
Was there a booster pack or charger used while winch was running?
