You should have a low pressure supply of 2.5 bar at your fuel filter.
Ensure that is correct before moving forward.
On cranking can you see rail pressure...you require 250 bar approx for injector control to operate.
3rd piston de activation...i haven't ever seen a non start,this de activates one of the pistons under light running loads only.
The pressure regulator on rear of pump are prone to sticking/contamination but you usually have pressure monitoring codes logged.
Low pressure your first priority
